Voltage in Pulse

Thanks to everyone who came down to the Hexagon last night for the Voltage pre-party and helped make it the biggest Wednesday night the club had seen since the day before Thanksgiving!

Dan Schultz was on hand to shoot photos of the crowd and the rock star makeovers that were taking place on stage. Great music by DJ Jake Rudh and a never-ending slideshow of Voltage 2004 projected on the club wall truly made it a night to remember.

Rob Van Alstyne has a feature-length article (it’s the cover story!) in Pulse Twin Cities this week about Voltage that includes an interview with Voltage producer Anna Lee and in depth looks at designers Rachel Carlson, Taissa Lada, Emily Johnson, Katy Gerdes and MacKenzie Labine in their own words and photos of their work.

You can find Pulse just about anywhere in the Twin Cities, or click here to read the article online.

Voltage is less than a week away, and the committee is burning the midnight oil to make sure the show goes off without a hitch. Remember to buy your tickets ahead of time if you can because they are already going fast, and the event is expected to be a total sellout.
